What this site is — and is not

This website presents our studio and our games. It is an informational site: it requires no account, sells nothing directly, and hosts no user content.

Playing our games is governed by each game's own terms. Online Backgammon and our other titles have their own Terms of Service and privacy policies, presented within each game and on its store pages. Nothing on this website changes, extends or replaces those game terms — including anything about gameplay, virtual items, purchases or refunds.

Informational content

Content on this site — including descriptions of upcoming games, features and availability — is provided for general information. Games listed as "in development" may change, be delayed or be cancelled; nothing here is a commitment to release any title, feature or date. We try to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that everything is complete, current or error-free.

Waitlist

If you join our launch waitlist, you are asking us to email you about game launches. Participation is free and voluntary, you can unsubscribe at any time via [email protected], and how we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy. Joining the waitlist grants no early access, reward or other entitlement unless we expressly say so.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the MITCORE name and logos, game names, artwork, screenshots, text and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not copy, modify or commercially use our content or trademarks without our written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law (such as quotation for review or news reporting).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, probing or overloading its infrastructure, scraping it for bulk data collection, or submitting false or third-party email addresses to the waitlist.

External links

The site links to external services — our game at backgammon.mitcore.com, the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

We provide this website free of charge and on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including Turkish consumer protection law, or liability for our intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence.
