This policy explains how we handle personal data on mitcore.com — the studio website of MITCORE Entertainment. It covers this website only. Our games, including Online Backgammon, have their own privacy policies covering gameplay, accounts and purchases; see the policy linked inside each game or on backgammon.mitcore.com.

We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The short version
This is a simple landing site. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics, show no ads, and require no account. The only personal data we collect is an email address — and only if you choose to join our launch waitlist.
What we collect and why
Waitlist email (only if you sign up). If you use the "notify me" form, we collect the email address you enter, solely to email you when our games launch or reach milestones worth telling you about. The legal basis is your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the checkbox on the form. Signing up is entirely optional; the site works fully without it. We do not share waitlist emails with third parties, use them for advertising, or combine them with other data.
Technical connection data. Like virtually every website, our infrastructure processes technical data needed to deliver pages to you — your IP address, browser type, and requested pages — in standard server logs, used only for security and keeping the site running (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2(f)). These logs are routinely deleted and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our infrastructure provider Cloudflare (see below) may set strictly technical cookies (for example, for security challenges) that are necessary to deliver the site; these do not track you across other websites.
Who else touches the data
Cloudflare, Inc. provides the network infrastructure in front of this website (content delivery, DDoS protection, security). Your connection data passes through Cloudflare's systems as a technical necessity; Cloudflare acts as a processor/infrastructure provider under its own privacy policy.
Waitlist emails are stored on our own server infrastructure and are not shared with any third party.
This site links out to external services — our game at backgammon.mitcore.com, the Apple App Store and Google Play. Once you follow such a link, the operator of that service is responsible for your data under its own policy.

Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–21, you may ask us at any time to: learn whether we process your data; access it; have it corrected or deleted; object to processing; and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time (this stops future emails, without affecting past processing).
To exercise any right, or simply to be removed from the waitlist, email [email protected]. We respond within the time limits set by law (30 days under KVKK). You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to your local supervisory authority.
Children
This website is a general-audience company site and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how this website handles data — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect.
